1. By entering into the competition, all entrants agree to be bound by the terms in conditions from time to time in force.

2. Only entries made via the competition submission method will be deemed valid.

3. All entrants must be over 18 years of age at the date of entry and be resident in the UK. The eligibility of any entrant is at the sole discretion of ‘ClothesonFilm.com’. Employees, families or agents of Clothes on Film and/or any of its associated companies are not eligible to enter the Competitions. Only one entry per person and per household is permitted.

4. If for any reason an entry is deemed by Clothes on Film in its sole and absolute discretion to be invalid, incomplete or illegible that entry will be disqualified.

5. The Closing date for entries is specified on each competition post. Late entries will not be counted.

6. Winners will be selected from the entrants at the judges’ sole discretion.

7. The judge’s decision as to correct entry and the identity of the winners shall be at its sole discretion and shall be final. No correspondence, appeal or reconsideration procedure will be initiated in either respect.

8. Clothes on Film accepts no responsibility or liability for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft, destruction, alteration of, or unauthorised access to entries, or entries lost, incomplete or delayed whether or not arising during operation or transmission as a result of server functions, virus, bugs or other causes outside its control. All lost, damaged or incomplete entries will be deemed invalid. Proof of entry shall not be proof of delivery or receipt. Only entries received in accordance with these terms and conditions will be acceptable. Clothes on Film will not be liable for any travel costs, spending money, insurance or any other costs associated with a prize unless otherwise stated.

9. The names of all winners may be used in publicity materials and events relating to the relevant competition and Clothes on Film does not accept any obligations of confidence towards any entry or entrant.

10. Clothes on Film will be entitled to terminate or modify these terms and conditions in its absolute discretion at any time.

11. By submitting an entry the entrant will be licensing Clothes on Film to use the content at its absolute discretion for any purpose it deems appropriate, including without limit promotion of Clothes on Film programs and channels in any medium.

12. Clothes on Film will not disclose your email or postal address to third parties. We may however use your email address for Clothes on Film promotions.

13. All entries must include name, address, email address and telephone number. Entries must be made in accordance with the rules of the particular Competition or through the Website. Winners will be drawn at random from all correct and valid entries on or around the closing date of the Competitions and shall be notified by email on the day of the draw. The winner shall have three (3) working days to respond in full to the email or an alternative winner shall be drawn.

14. These terms and conditions are governed by and construed and performed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, whose courts shall be the courts of exclusive jurisdiction.
